Q: Is there a catalog or brochure?
A: No, since we change ideas frequently & personalize most cards.

Q: What is the order turn-around time?
A: Non-custom orders will be shipped within 2-3 working days. Custom orders depend on the work involved.

Q: What is your policy on "Rush" orders?
A: We offer next day rush service for an additional charge. If order is received before 12pm (noon) the order will be shipped the next working day. Orders received after 12pm (noon) will be shipped on the second working day.

Q: Can I see a proof of my order before printing?
A: You will receive a final proof with all custom projects which will require a final sign off before it goes to print.

Q: Is there a minimum order required?
A: No, you can order any quantity you wish.
